Member, account and password
Everyone can be a member of jaysvillasbali.com RMS. Every member has an account (called log in name and password). Please note that both log in name and password are case sensitive i.e. case, case and CASE are different.
Applicant denial and Membership Termination
jaysvillasbali.com reserves the right to approve or reject any application for membership with or without reasons and notices. Jaysvillasbali.com reserves the right to terminate an account due to the violation of the rules and regulations as stated in Terms and Conditions and other related rules. If membership is terminated from database, member cannot reapply for membership at any time.

Whenever member use his/her membership jaysvillasbali.com will recognize and give him/her full support. Member must log in to book a room using the reservation form of the intended hotel.
Limitation of Liability
jaysvillasbali.com makes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect Member's computer or other property as a result of Member's access to, use of or browsing in this site and downloading of any contents from the site.
Jays Villas does not accept any liability for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the website or for any products or services purchased from jaysvillasbali.com. jaysvillasbali.com does not guarantee the availability and or quality of products and/or services, accuracy of information provided by the third parties.
Privacy Policy
jaysvillasbali.com values member's privacy. jaysvillasbali.com only collect information that would normally be asked when Member registering at any reputable hotel. Except when providing this information to the hotel to reserve and confirm Member's reservation request, Jaysvilla.com does not currently and has no plan in the future to sell, share or rent any information that member provided to any other third party.
Force Majeure
Force Majeure includes war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labor dispute or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carrier such as changes of schedule or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond jaysvillasbali.com control.
Alteration

This ensures that member information is encrypted as it travels over the internet. This secure mode is will know they are in secure mode when the padlock icon in the lower right hand corner of the computer screen appears in the locked position. After information reaches Jaysvillas is stored on a secure server that resides behind a firewall that is designed to block access from outside the company.

We may also ask member's to fill out an online customer feedback form, to obtain member suggestions or comments about Jays Villas services.
Reservation Procedures
All reservation will be proceeding if member fills completely the Reservation Form. The Jaysvillasbali.com system reservation will be automatically give an availability status room. If the reservation is not confirmed Jays Villas staff will inform Member and give the other suggestions. Jaysvillasbali.com need member credit card's number as only a guaranteed and will not be charged as online payment. Jaysvillasbali.com will inform member in a separate email if any another details are required by villa i.e deposit for peak season period.
Upon check in date, Member shall present himself/herself personally, his/her Generated ID (i.e. proof of purchase), Credit card and others necessary identifications documents (passport) for the purpose of confirming his/her identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the hotel.
Payments
Payment shall be made directly by Member to Jays Villas. Furthermore, jaysvillasbali.com makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by Member's Credit Card issuer and/or his/her partner Banks. Member need to check his/her Credit Card issuer if he/she has any questions regarding this matter.
